Spring Conference Cancelled–Please read


We have been monitoring the evolving COVID-19 (also known as coronavirus) situation, especially in relation to the KS SPRING APCO 2020 Conference. In an abundance of caution, we have decided to move the KS SPRING APCO 2020 Conference to the Fall Conference October 5th-7th, 2020 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 410 S. 3rd, St, Manhattan, KS 66502.

All hotel reservations that were made under our KS APCO Block will be cancelled automatically by the Hotel/Casino venue to save everyone time. If you did not reserve under the conference block, you will need to contact them on your own to cancel.  

We will be moving the Commercial Partner Exhibition Hall to the Fall Conference. If you have already committed to our 2020 Sponsorship all will be held over to the Fall. If you have a conflict with this, please contact Marcie Bristor at 620-845-4261 or mbristor@co.sumner.ks.us.

We are moving all registrations to the Fall Conference. If for some reason your agency can not attend in the Fall, we can transfer to next spring. You will be able to transfer registrations to other employees, if needed, to attend the Fall Conference when we get closer. If you absolutely need to have your money back, please contact Becky Snook at bsnook@mitchellcountyks.gov and we will work on getting the refund to you by check in a timely fashion.

This is a tough call, and we are deeply disappointed that we will not be able to see you next month. The safety of our attendees is our first priority.
