Official Constitution & Bylaw Amendment Notice
During the 2025 Spring General Business Meeting the attached proposed Kansas Chapter of APCO Constitution & Bylaw amendments will be voted on in accordance with the existing ARTICLE X AMENDMENTS and ARTICLE V CONFERENCES.
The Chapter’s RESOLUTIONS and BYLAWS COMMITTEE and Board of Officers recommend the two proposed changes affecting Electronic/On-line voting for Elections and the more efficient Board Position term lengths for the Secretary, Treasure, Chapter Member/Liaison, and Executive Council Representative.
The proposed amendments will be posted for not less than thirty-days on the Chapter web site http://www.ksapco.org
